Stormtroopers wearing Mickey Mouse ears aren't such strange sights. Disney even sells a pin of the iconic Star Wars soldiers donning the cap, but perhaps these pastings along Melrose Avenue in the Melrose and Fairfax District are a reaction to Disney buying Lucasfilm and announcing a final trilogy to the franchise will begin in 2015, with the first film being helmed by J.J. Abrams.
